EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT: Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and based on availability. Guests must make these requests at least 3 days in advance to allow for proper scheduling. To guarantee early check-in or late check-out, the fee is 50% of the previous/next night rental rate and is available only on non-changeover days. Non-guaranteed early check-in may be available for an additional $100 fee. 

Trash and Recycling are collected weekly on Thursdays.

• 50% Refund if canceled 14-30 days before check-in.
• No Refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in, unless re-rented. If the property is re-rented, rental funds will be reimbursed based on the new rental contract.

 The reservation is limited to the number of guests declared on the invoice. If additional guests are discovered to be staying without written consent from Heron View Cottage, an extra guest fee of $50 per person may be charged, or the rental may be terminated without refund. The maximum occupancy is 10 persons, with overcapacity allowed only with prior approval and a fee of 50% of the nightly rental rate. 

Pets are not permitted unless prior approval is granted. If approved, a $150 pet fee per pet will be added to the reservation. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional cleaning fee.
